Speaker instructions

For all ICAPS sessions it is required to upload your slides on the available computer in advance to facilitate audio/video recording and streaming (the link will be provided on the conference website). The computer supports both PDF and Powerpoint presentations. For tutorials, workshop and the CPAIOR sessions there are both VGA and HDMI connectors to the screens, but not every room has a computer available.

In both cases, please come to the room about 10-15 minutes before start of the session, and make yourself known to the session/workshop chair and/or supporting staff/volunteer. They will help you to setup your talk.

Poster instructions

Posters may be attached to the poster boards in the Foyer (1st floor) where also lunch is served. These poster boards are 1m wide and 2m high, and thus will fit A0 in portrait mode. Please put up your poster in the morning and remove it before the end of the day your poster has been allocated to. Try to stick around your poster during this lunch break. The allocation of posters to one of the three sessions can be found here.

Public transport from conference venue to city / station

The bus stop 'TU Aula' consists of two separate stops next to the conference venue. The station and city center can be reached using bus 40, 55, 69 and 174. Note that bus 55 departs from Christiaan Huygensweg, rather than the Mekelweg side. If you want to go to Delft center, then you can travel from 'TU Aula' to 'Zuidpoort', and you walk from there. On working days the bus typically departs every 10 minutes. The smartphone app '9292' provides a travel planner and real-time departure times.

Location of lecture halls E, F and G

The lecture halls E, F and G are located in a separate building which is connected to the ICAPS conference venue. Several workshops and tutorials take place in these rooms. You can get there using the walkthrough / bridge on the first floor. The floor plan provides more details.
